For some reason, when I make new subdomains they don't show up immediately at http://subdomain.mydomain.com. What can I do?

| Usually it takes 2-12 hours for sub-domains to activate after being created through your Cpanel. If it is not activated after 12 hours, then there may be a problem with the DNS zone of your domain. In this case please send us a support ticket and let us know about the problem. We will manually add a Record entry to your DNS zone and it will resolve the problem 30 minutes to 4 hours after the DNS zone being modified by us. | |
